How do I start? Do I pick a build or do the audit first?
Start with the free audit. We don't sell builds off the menu without seeing your business first. On the call, we apply the rule — does the automation produce something a customer ever sees, or is it internal-only? — and recommend Revenue Build, Admin Build, or a Custom Build. If a full system would be overbuilding, we install one free starter template instead.
Why two flat prices instead of charging by workflow count?
Workflow count tells you nothing about value. A one-workflow missed-call recovery for a busy service business can be worth $10,000 a month. A six-workflow internal cleanup can be worth $300 a month. We price on whether the automation touches a customer (Revenue Build) or stays internal (Admin Build) — and on the value the build creates, not the parts we wire up.
How do I know which build I need — Revenue or Admin?
Ask one question: does the automation produce output a customer or prospect ever sees? If yes (a text-back, an email reply, a review request, a follow-up sequence) — that's Revenue Build. If no (a dashboard, a routing rule, an internal report, a document processor) — that's Admin Build. If the answer is "both, and at scale" — that's a Custom Build.
Why don't you automate sales calls or service visits?
Because they require face-to-face or voice human interaction. That's the line. AI never replaces a human voice on the phone or a human face in the room. Everything else — the emails, the SMS, the forms, the dashboards, the follow-up, the routing — is fair game. If a vendor is offering to auto-call your prospects or auto-deliver your service, we're not the same kind of company.
What's a bug? What's a new feature?
A bug is when something we built doesn't work the way we said it would. A new feature is anything we didn't sign up to build. Bugs we fix free, always — no time limit on the agreed scope. New features get a new quote.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 5 business days of kickoff if we haven't started work. Once we've started, we keep working free until the workflow is live. Custom Builds pay in stages, each with its own check-in.
How do you handle my passwords and data?
We never send passwords by email, text, or chat. You enter them yourself or send a one-time secure link. Everything runs in your accounts, not ours.
Who owns the workflow when you're done?
You do. Every file, every prompt, every account. At handoff we send the setup files to your drive. We keep the right to reuse general patterns — never anything tied to your business.
What happens after the build ships?
The engagement ends. You own the workflow and it keeps running. Bugs in the agreed scope stay fixable free, always. You can add a Care Plan at handoff if you want us to monitor and expand it — or you can walk away with everything we built and never hear from us again. Your call.
Who pays for OpenAI, Twilio, and my CRM?
You do, directly. You hold the accounts, you see the bills, you control the spend. We never resell or mark up.
How fast do you ship?
Admin Build in 7 business days. Revenue Build in 10 to 14. Custom Build is 4 to 12 weeks. The clock starts once you send us access and sign off on the plan.
Is the audit really free?
Yes. No card, no trial, no upsell wall. If the right answer is a free template install in your stack, we'll ship it. If you need a paid build, we quote it. If you're not a fit, we say so.
