Free AI Workflow Audit

Thirty-minute call. We walk your SOPs, identify three to five workflow opportunities, and recommend the next step. You leave with either a free template installed in your stack — or a fixed-price quote for one of the builds below.

  • Loom walkthrough of your workflow leaks
  • Three to five opportunities, ranked by value
  • One of three free starter templates installed (if a full build would be overbuilding)
  • A clear next step: Admin Build ($2,500), Revenue Build ($5,000), or Custom Build (scoped)

Free

No card. No upsell wall. No sales pitch unless you ask.

  • Built inside your existing tools
  • 1 company onboarding call

Custom Build

When the build is bigger than two boxes

Multi-site rollouts, custom integrations, deep system access. For operators whose work doesn't fit in the two flat-price boxes — usually because of scale, multiple locations, or AI assistants that need to read and write across your existing systems.

  • Multiple workflows — scoped from your audit (no flat-price ceiling)
  • Multi-site or multi-team rollouts
  • Built inside your existing tools (custom integrations included)
  • Unlimited onboarding calls
  • Unlimited bug fixes

Value created

Scoped per engagement. Typical range $10,000–$25,000+.

Why $2,500 and $5,000

Setup is roughly one month of the value it creates.

Admin Builds typically save 30–80 hours a month of admin time and catch problems before they cost money. $2,500 is about one month of that. Revenue Builds typically recover $5,000–$25,000 a month in leads, retention, and follow-up. $5,000 is about one month of that.

We don't price on "hours saved." Hours saved under-prices revenue work and overprices admin work. Pricing on value created keeps the relationship honest — we're always cheaper than the problem we're solving. If the math doesn't work for your business, we recommend you stop. That's what the audit is for.

Care Plans, when added, run three to ten percent of the monthly value created.

Optional add-on

Want us to keep watching after launch? Add a Care Plan at handoff.

Care Plans are never required. You can always end an engagement at handoff and own everything we built. If you want us to monitor, tune, and expand, pick a tier.

Monitor

$500/mo

We watch the workflows, fix small things, and check in monthly.

Optimize

$1,000/mo

Monthly tune-ups plus one new workflow or material improvement.

Expand

$1,500/mo

Two new workflows a month, dashboard refinement, quarterly review.

Growth Partner

$2,500/mo

Ongoing system expansion, monthly strategy call, roadmap management.

Care Plans are offered after a paid build launch. You decide at handoff. You can pause or end any month with 14 days' notice.

In every engagement

Nine promises that hold for every job — even the free audit.

You own your workflow

Every setup file, every prompt, every account. We send it to your drive at handoff. We keep the right to reuse general patterns — never anything tied to your business.

We finish what we said we'd build

If we miss the deadline, we keep working for free until it's live. (You have to send us access and approvals within 2 business days.) We promise to ship, not to make you money.

Daily check-ins during the build

Every weekday, you get a short update — what's done, what's next, anything we need from you. No long emails, no surprise drops, no chasing us for status. You always know where we are.

Your passwords stay safe

We never email, text, or chat your passwords. You enter them yourself or send a one-time secure link. The link expires.

AI writes the message. You click send.

Nothing goes out to a customer without a person on your team reading it first. Big decisions about health, money, jobs, or housing always stay with a person.

You hold the tool accounts

OpenAI, Twilio, your CRM, your email — all in your name. We don't mark up the bill. We don't pay other companies on your behalf.

Bug or new feature? We write it down.

A bug means the workflow doesn't work the way we said it would. A new feature is anything we didn't say we'd build. Bugs we fix free, always — no time limit. New features get a new quote.

Built inside your tools

We don't run your workflow on our servers. If you ever leave us, the workflow stays with you.

No texting strangers

Every message we set up goes to a customer who signed up to hear from you. We never text people from scraped lists.

Bug or new feature?

We write the difference down. So no one has to argue later.

Bug

The workflow doesn't work the way we said it would. We fix it free, always. No time limit.

New feature

Anything we didn't agree to build. A new workflow, a new tool, a new audience. That's a new quote.

What we don't offer

The stuff we say no to — so you know what to expect.

  • No required monthly fee. Setup is one-time. Care Plans are optional and added at handoff, never forced.
  • No revenue promises. We promise to ship the workflow we agreed on. We don't promise leads, appointments, or dollars.
  • No marked-up tool bills. You pay OpenAI, Twilio, your CRM, and so on directly. We never resell.
  • No automated voice calls or AI reps on the phone. Face-to-face and voice human interaction stays with your team.
  • No AI making big calls. Health, money, jobs, housing — a person decides.
  • No texting people who didn't sign up.

FAQ

Questions we get every week.

How do I start? Do I pick a build or do the audit first?

Start with the free audit. We don't sell builds off the menu without seeing your business first. On the call, we apply the rule — does the automation produce something a customer ever sees, or is it internal-only? — and recommend Revenue Build, Admin Build, or a Custom Build. If a full system would be overbuilding, we install one free starter template instead.

Why two flat prices instead of charging by workflow count?

Workflow count tells you nothing about value. A one-workflow missed-call recovery for a busy service business can be worth $10,000 a month. A six-workflow internal cleanup can be worth $300 a month. We price on whether the automation touches a customer (Revenue Build) or stays internal (Admin Build) — and on the value the build creates, not the parts we wire up.

How do I know which build I need — Revenue or Admin?

Ask one question: does the automation produce output a customer or prospect ever sees? If yes (a text-back, an email reply, a review request, a follow-up sequence) — that's Revenue Build. If no (a dashboard, a routing rule, an internal report, a document processor) — that's Admin Build. If the answer is "both, and at scale" — that's a Custom Build.

Why don't you automate sales calls or service visits?

Because they require face-to-face or voice human interaction. That's the line. AI never replaces a human voice on the phone or a human face in the room. Everything else — the emails, the SMS, the forms, the dashboards, the follow-up, the routing — is fair game. If a vendor is offering to auto-call your prospects or auto-deliver your service, we're not the same kind of company.

What's a bug? What's a new feature?

A bug is when something we built doesn't work the way we said it would. A new feature is anything we didn't sign up to build. Bugs we fix free, always — no time limit on the agreed scope. New features get a new quote.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 5 business days of kickoff if we haven't started work. Once we've started, we keep working free until the workflow is live. Custom Builds pay in stages, each with its own check-in.

How do you handle my passwords and data?

We never send passwords by email, text, or chat. You enter them yourself or send a one-time secure link. Everything runs in your accounts, not ours.

Who owns the workflow when you're done?

You do. Every file, every prompt, every account. At handoff we send the setup files to your drive. We keep the right to reuse general patterns — never anything tied to your business.

What happens after the build ships?

The engagement ends. You own the workflow and it keeps running. Bugs in the agreed scope stay fixable free, always. You can add a Care Plan at handoff if you want us to monitor and expand it — or you can walk away with everything we built and never hear from us again. Your call.

Who pays for OpenAI, Twilio, and my CRM?

You do, directly. You hold the accounts, you see the bills, you control the spend. We never resell or mark up.

How fast do you ship?

Admin Build in 7 business days. Revenue Build in 10 to 14. Custom Build is 4 to 12 weeks. The clock starts once you send us access and sign off on the plan.

Is the audit really free?

Yes. No card, no trial, no upsell wall. If the right answer is a free template install in your stack, we'll ship it. If you need a paid build, we quote it. If you're not a fit, we say so.

Start with the audit. See where the leaks are before you spend anything.

Thirty minutes. Free. You leave with a free template installed or a fixed-price quote — and either way, a clearer picture of where AI actually pays off in your business.
