  You see what you get, when you get it, and what it costs before you sign. No monthly fee. No surprise hours. No scope creep.

• We finish what we said we'd build.

  If we miss the deadline, we keep working free until it's done. You have to send us access and approvals within 2 business days. Delays from outside vendors pause the clock.

• No revenue promises.

  We won't tell you we can guarantee X leads or Y dollars. Anyone who does is guessing.

• No texting strangers.

  Every message we set up goes to a customer who signed up to hear from you. We never text people from scraped lists.

• No AI making big calls.

  We don't let AI decide about health, money, jobs, or housing. AI can help with the work around those calls. People make the calls.

• Health info needs a legal agreement.

  For med spa and clinic workflows that touch protected health information, we need the right legal agreement signed first. Plus your written go-ahead.

• Every workflow has a back-up plan.
